LOCATION
The hotel is located in Heybeliada Island which is one of the most popular and the second largest of the Princes' Islands on the Marmara Sea, lying at a short distance from the Asian shores of Istanbul. With its gentle slopes covered with pine forests and year-round temperate climate. Heybeliada is a unique location for a tranquil holiday.
Halki (Heybeli) Palace, one of the oldest and finest hotels in the vicinity of the Princes’ Island, was built between 1852 and 1862. It has always been regarded “unique” for its period. Located on Seafa Sehitleri street (Ismet Inönu Street), the hotel is situated on the once called- Meryemana Path.
Ferry Boats connect the island to both Europe and Asia. There are more than 10 daily scheduled trips between main ports of Istanbul such as Eminönü - Sirkeci, Karaköy, Kadikoy, Bostanci and Heybeli Island. Also high speed sea buses runs between Kabatas port and Island. The scheduled trips takes about one hour while you enjoy a cup of Turkish coffee on board watching the spectacular Marmara Sea and Istanbul.
